Scholarship Application
SSA offers scholarships to students based upon financial need. In order to apply for a scholarship, students or their parent/caretaker must complete a scholarship application and submit it to SSA along with a copy of their most recent tax document (W-2, W-9, or income tax filing), which is required to verify annual income.

Information is to be completed by parent/guardian. Information furnished will be used only for the purpose of determining eligibility for financial assistance scholarship. Scholarship recipients must reapply yearly and must provide their most recent annual income with supporting documentation.
